Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this service, including all features and content. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms supercede any prior agreements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, unless local regulations specify a higher age. By registering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Any underage or unauthorized use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Age verification may be required at any time.

Account Creation & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must promptly inform support.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Prohibited activities include sharing malicious code, spamming, and infringing on intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to disrupt or circumvent the security or functionality of the service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Content License & Ownership

All content you upload or submit remains your property, subject to a non-exclusive license that allows the service to host, display, and distribute that content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You indemnify the service against any third-party claims arising from your content.

Pricing, Billing & Taxes

Certain premium features require payment of fees, as indicated at checkout. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated. You agree to pay any relevant taxes and charges associated with your purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to renewal. You can manage auto-renewal and cancel subscriptions via your account settings. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. Partial refunds or prorated credits are not provided for unused time.

Service Modifications

The service may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting user experience will be communicated at least seven days in advance when possible. Continued use after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated service. No compensation is owed for any modifications.

Suspension & Termination

The service may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons. Notice will be provided whenever feasible. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials from the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content belong to their respective owners. You receive no ownership rights other than the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued against infringers.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior six months. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation, then by arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
